Simply create an account on our website right here.
You will need to confirm your email address by clicking on a verification link in the email that arrives right after you submit our sign up form.
Then you'll be able to upload information* about your card in your account panel as on the screenshot below:
Notice the information we require in the screenshot above. That is all we require from you. We will NEVER ask for your credit card's details such as cardholder name, card number (or any of its 16 digits), expiration date, or CVV security code.
You should never provide or send your personal credit card information to anyone, including us. Doing so puts you at risk of theft or identification fraud.
