  • REFUND AND NON-POSTING RESOLUTION POLICY
  • Thanks for choosing GFS Group AU tradelines! Please take the time to read the non-posting policy before making an order for yourself or your clients as this will avoid any delays or errors.

    • Refunds or replacements are provided only if a tradeline didn’t post because of GFS Group. Find below the exceptions that won’t allow you to claim a refund or replacement should they occur:
    • No refunds or replacements for orders where you provide any identification number different from your real active valid SSN. Non-posting resolution requests are NOT accepted for the orders that provide CPN, or ITIN, or any other number different from a real valid active SSN assigned with your name. According to our Terms and Conditions, we do not work with CPN, we don’t process orders with CPN, and we don’t provide refunds for such orders. Mind that we check every order with the databases to ensure the SSN provided is valid. If you’ve already paid for an order with a fake identification number, we won’t process it further and will not provide a refund.
    • No refunds or replacements if your credit profile has fraud alerts or credit freezes. Remove all credit freezes, fraud alerts, etc. before purchasing tradelines, otherwise the tradelines will not post. Refund/replacement requests are not accepted if there are any credit freezes or fraud alerts on your report at the time of purchasing tradelines and during the whole period of leasing the AU slot (normally 60 days after check out).
    • No refunds or replacements if your credit profile is blank (no credit score), and you bought tradelines different from what we strictly recommend to purchase for a blank credit report. If your credit profile does not have any credit score, then getting a tradeline to post could be a problem. Sometimes there may be blocks on that person’s credit file that prevent the new authorized user account from posting. In this case, please ensure to purchase a Discover, Navy Federal, or Elan card prior to adding any other tradelines! Otherwise we can’t refund you or offer a replacement.
    • No refunds or replacements if your name is incorrect in the order details, or on your credit report. ALL lenders are sensitive to discrepancies in the first name and last name of an authorized user. It is crucial to make sure that all credit bureaus containing your name is correct and identical before purchasing AU tradelines. When purchasing a tradeline, please provide the First and Last name that appears on all credit bureaus or remove the discrepancies beforehand by contacting the credit bureaus. Otherwise we cannot refund you or offer a replacement.
    • No refunds or replacements if you request them too late. Non-posting resolution requests are accepted only within 30 calendar days from the first statement date of your purchased tradeline. If your situation is time-sensitive, please raise any non-posting concerns within 21 days from the first statement date of your purchased tradeline.

    Additional helpful info:

    • Note that you may need to do a soft-pull to (refresh) make a tradeline appear on the credit report. This is the responsibility of our clients.
    • At GFS Group, non-posting cases are rare, and 99% of such cases are caused by an error made by our clients while submitting information and documents of an AU. Such errors usually include incorrect spellings and typos in AU’s name, address, SSN, etc.
    • Note that some lenders are sensitive to a postal address of an AU applied by them in the credit bureaus. Ideally, the billing address should be identical across all three credit bureaus, so it is highly recommended for end-users to review and if needed correct any errors in their billing address for all three credit bureaus before they purchase tradelines.
    • Analyzing a client’s (AU) credit report and choosing a proper set of tradelines is the responsibility of our clients.
    • We don’t guarantee any particular credit boost. The results are always individual and depend on how accurate the set of tradelines has been chosen by a buyer (broker or end-user). We only guarantee the posting of purchased tradelines to at least 2 out of the 3 major credit bureaus: Experian, Equifax, TransUnion.
    • We investigate each non-posting case individually to understand the root cause. If the root cause was on our part, we are open to discussing a refund or replacement applicable in each situation.
